Bush v. Gore

We are looking at how the Supreme Court does its oral arguments.  This is a great video that plays the entire argument.  I like using it because it uses a lot of terms the kids know such as Supreme Court, federal jurisdiction, Article II, legislature, statute, law, constitution and that is just in the first three minutes.
